what to expect at your 1st appointment:

1st time clients need to fill out health history online.
if you did not do this please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment
time to fill out health history.
client intake form is filled out online before every appointment.
covid-19 form is filled out before every apointment.
I will look over your history and discuss what your goal is for this massage therapy session.  Various massage therapy techniques may be used to achieve your goal. i will leave the room nad you, the client, may undress to your level of comfort.  then position yourself underneath the linen on the massage table.
Massage therapy is performed using oil or creams with kneading, pressing, tapping friction & stretching techniques.
