a credit card is required to secure your appointment:
​Whether it is scheduled online, over the phonr or in person.

any client that cancels their appointment less than 24 hours before appointment will be charged 100% of the total appointment cost.  any client that does not show up for any scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the total appointment cost (aka: no show, no call).  This includes scheduling an appointment on the same day.  Your credit card that was used to secure and hold your appointment will be charged directly if you meet one of the items listed above.

There are no exceptions to this policy!
